We are here to support you along your healing journey
Clear Path Wellness Lehigh Valley was born out of the necessity to salvage lives; first our own and then the heartfelt desire to share a path with others. We are three professional women and biological sisters who realized a vision of healing for our own childhood sexually traumatic events. We know from experience, healing the symptoms of trauma followed by consciously integrating with Self Love is not easy. It is, however, worth it. After decades of doing the work and supported by professional training, it is with humility, gratitude and grace that we offer this life tested path to you and those you love.
We share a common thread – not only as sisters but one of healing a traumatic past. And we want to make a difference in your life by teaching scientifically proven modalities that support wholistic therapy as you navigate your own wellness journey.

Currently in private practice, Kate is a psychotherapist for 39 years. She is fluent in healing interventions for traumatic experience and she has worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, and for crisis intervention.
“My father, grandfather and uncle were loved by their wives and families. They were also pedophiles. Sexual violence is not an easy thing to hear about and it is most certainly not an easy thing to experience. I was the victim, but so was my family. My mother was a woman of great courage and dignity. My father was a man who was destroyed by shame. As a professional I was gifted with many resources to heal and I was married to an amazing man whose loyalty and support was unending. Healing for ‘the victim,’ is a powerful new beginning. Yet my heart wants even more. I pray that as a community we grow in compassion and wisdom, so that all may be well.”

Mary is an Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner. She is a Reiki Master Teacher and holds a Masters Degree in Theology and Pastoral Ministry. Early education includes training as a registered nurse. Her study of western conventional medicine, her many rich years of experiences in pastoral ministry, and her journey into the study of the various forms of Energy Medicine leads to a passion for a holistic approach to health, spirituality and well-being.
“I found the journey of healing from sexual trauma a very sacred and arduous process. The mysterious ebb and flow of understanding the hurts and how it affects absolutely every aspect of one’s life takes an all-consuming courage of gigantic proportions. My personal touchstones of finding safe ground incorporated a thirst for spiritual growth and an in-depth study of subtle healing energies. I come to Clear Path Wellness with a profound respect for the capabilities of the human spirit to travel a path to wholeness in the midst of life’s deepest hurts. I am honored to be with my sisters to share refined tools for the journey.”

Liz chose the Teachers path to address two distinct forces in her life: the impulse to heal and the desire to serve. Her healed and healing journey continues to unfold through trainings, certifications, and life experience. Following her heart and fueled by courage with the ever present need to practice, Liz lives what she teaches. Her education comes from teachers steeped in the ancient practices of yoga and Yoga Nidra. The Chopra Center, the Sivananda Vedanta Center, the Trauma Center at Justice Resource Institute, iRest/Yoga Nidra, Kula Kamala Foundation, Yoga Teachers College, coaches at the Jay Shetty Coaching Certification School, as well as students and clients, are all part of a fluid list of change influencers and supporters. Her purpose and passion are to pay it forward, contributing to a world filled with connected, compassionate, wisdom and love filled women and men. She motivates clients through coaching, yoga, meditation, breathing, and the Love Wins Writing practice to connect with their own felt sense of living, breathing, and embodied wisdom.
